Bright, blousy blooms for Heather & Ryan at their stunning Cotswold wedding
Heather and Ryan’s July wedding took place at the stunning Hyde House in the Cotswolds.
Being a florist, Heather had a clear vision for what the florals would look like and wanted bright, blousy blooms in bright pink, vibrant green, blue, white and orange. For her bouquet I created a show stopping hand tied which included peonies, which hold a special meaning for the couple, delphinium, viburnum, hypericum berry, tanacetum, carnation, nigella, wax flower, fountain grass, sweet peas, eucalyptus and asparagus fern. Her bridesmaids carried smaller posies and Ryan wore a matching buttonhole.
For the ceremony the aisle was lined with low vase arrangements which would become the table centrepieces for the reception. We hung a natural style arrangement around the window which was the backdrop for their vows and the registrar table was decorated with a long and low arrangement which was used on the top table for the wedding breakfast. The cake was surrounded by a natural meadow arrangement featuring all of the same flowers as Heather’s bouquet.
